Commenced my role as Software Development Manager, where I was responsible for re-architecting and redesigning the Product. 2 year project that moved the product from a Text based User Interface on monolithic architecture, to a Graphical / Web Based User Interface on a multi-tier architecture. Following the successfull deployment of the new product I moved into Sales and Marketing where I was responsible for retaining and winning new business. During this time, we achieved record sales growth, and resulting in year on year double digit growth for the next 10 years. Following on from this role, I took over as Managing Director, where I oversaw the Sales department whilst remaining as the Product Manager overseeing the strategic direction of the Software Product. Following the successful sale of Expedient Software to BluJay Solutions, I continued as MD of Expedient Software.
