Some of my highlights:- Leading the integration of GSK’s business operations across six countries into one regional business as part of a c.£1.5bn global transformation change programme. - Leading development and delivery of a PPM capability development programme that would provide advanced PPM training for the c.1900 most senior programme and project managers within BT’s PPM professional community. - Developed the vision and governance for the UK Government's Smart Metering programme, working with Ofgem and the Department of Energy & Climate Change (DECC) to ensure best practice PPM practices were followed in development and review of all programme outputs.

I was approached to rejoin Deloitte (UK)'s consulting practice to develop a new go-to-market capability, in the domain of IT Due Diligence in support of high profile corporate transactions. Some of the engagements I supported in this time:- Led Day 1 IT stream at Ford Motor Company supporting the global separation and sale of Jaguar-Land Rover. - Led pre-deal IT due diligence of Gatwick Airport Limited on behalf of Global Infrastructure Partners.- Conducted client-based programme assurance and post implementation reviews for a number of solution designs at public and private sector clients. - Completed due diligence of the Transitional Service Agreements and developed a blueprint for the European IT landscape for Kraft Foods business following the acquisition of Danone Biscuits.

With a desire to spend time back in Ireland, I joined Accenture, which had one of the strongest business and technology transformation offerings in the market. During my time at Accenture I acted as:- Deployment Lead at Dell Computers for an Oracle 11i E-Business Suite big-bang implementation across 13 European and African locations. - Programme Manager in the setting up of a PMO programme structure to support the build of a new European Manufacturing Facility (EMF) in Eastern Europe for Dell Computers. - Lead Analyst conducting a strategic review for BT's Operational Integrity (OI) group to understand automated testing tools being used and the future testing requirements.

Having joined Deloitte straight from colleage as a graduate, some of my highlights were:- Business Process Lead mapping the Home and Travel Insurance as-is business processes, policies and procedures for customer sales and services at HBOS. - Project management support for Tower Hamlets eGovernment Performance Improvement programme. Introduced a review process for the development and validation of IT processes needed to support core services delivery to citizens through web and call centre channels.- At two regional councils, supported separate independent reviews of the current business supporting IT landscape and worked with key stakeholders to map out the desired future direction and supporting technology roadmap. - Worked with Pfizer Consumer's IT Group and end users to finalise the business processes for the Electronic Customer Management System (ECMS) solution design that would support sales force effectiveness initiatives.
