+ Senior-level member of team tasked with changing Member & Pharmacy ADABAS tables to DB2 tables, with corresponding modifications to programs using these tables. Personally devised automated process for scanning programs created after formation of original list. Hand-selected to manage all onshore synchronization plans and assist offshore sync manager to ensure that no modifications were lost from one version to another. When all tables are converted it will save a lot of money, time, training and maintenance trouble that go along with having two separate databases.+ Designed, developed, tested, and implemented changes to batch and online programs using AWP price source, allowing interested customers to use new WAC price source instead. Personally created automated process for counting lines of code changed to facilitate expeditious modification process for future projects.+ Conducted research fundamental to creating more efficient and quicker claims readjudication system based on graphical user interface front ends and COBOL back ends. Personally created and tested process for moving archived claims from previous system to new DB2 tables.
