Scott received his BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University, England in 2000. Upon moving to the US in the fall of 2000 Scott spent his first 12 years actively involved in all aspects of operating and managing private clubs in the New York metropolitan area, including Orienta Beach Club and the Williams Club of New York City.In order to broaden his scope of the food service industry, Scott moved into managing food service accounts for both Aramark and Compass Group at some of their most elite accounts in New York City including Brown Brothers Harriman, the reopening of New York University Torch Club and the technology giant SAP New York City office.At the beginning of 2018 Scott made a career change into managing boutique to midsized private coop and condo properties.
