Executive assistant to the Director of the Information Technology & Communications Directorate of NASA, working under the Kennedy Institutional Support Services contract (KISSIII). Responsible for managing all aspects of an Executive Senior Management office, including scheduling calendars for IT Director and Deputy Director, managing 2 conference rooms/calendars, booking travel to other NASA Centers, coordinating Leadership and Offsite functions, Staff meetings, Engineering Review Boards, weekly Tag Ups, weekly ViTS Conferences with NASA Agency CIO's, SharePoint Admin, and Kennedy Action Tracking database. Provide Records Management according to NASA regulations and guidelines for documents as well as digital records, electronic filing, etc. Preparation and routing of signature packages and briefing notes thru NASA directorates and Center Director's signature.

Working under the IMCS (Information Management and Communications Systems) contract, the Resource Coordinator position was responsible for work control procedures including reviewing & verifying Maximo Work Orders for various disciplines. Work orders were verified for accuracy along with coding for appropriate GL account codes along attachments and/or drawings. Ensure that Work Orders went thru the proper NASA authority for approval and signatures before releasing to the field. Upon completion of work orders, ensure that all steps were complete, changes were signed off and work orders were closed accordingly.
