Senior Program Manager
CurrentProvide direct coordination between the company and the client on matters of the TAPS contract, staff/personnel changes, and budget requirements. Supply reporting in accordance with contract requirements that include quarterly updates, productivity, measurement of designated metrics and management of native hire requirements. Responsible and independently accountable for the working aspects of each unit staff and the resources for the home office such as accounting, payroll, safety, procurement and equipment. Responsible to understand the QC requirements for projects under my control and the authority to provide the resources to achieve the desired level of QC on each project or task, ultimately responsible for the success fo the QC program and must do everything necessary for that program to succeed.
