• Work closely with all levels of personnel at a plant to provide training, communication, guidance, and interpretation of polices/regulations. • Support EHS initiatives though audits, enforcement, and creation/revision of SOPs.• Assist EHS manager and site management to develop, instil, and maintain a strong EHS culture among company personnel and contractors alike.• Inspect, audit and monitor equipment, work areas, work practices and procedures for compliance with established policies. • Assist in identifying, preventing, and recommending control measures and eliminating safety hazards.• Lead site EHS training program, including new hire, contractor, refresher, competence development, and emergency response.• Ensure adherence to GMP and monitor/audit standards for a PSM facility.• Overhaul all SOPs, Work instructions, and Guidance documents by working with teams to apply any changes and convert to a new format to include a JRA on every document.
