Over the last 4 years, I have transitioned from Oil and Gas into Motion Pictures & Film. After working in construction building film sets, I have settled into Set Decorating in a Lead Set Dresser role - a combination of decorating sets and carpentry. It’s been a long journey to get here but am finally in a solid place and back using my creativity and imagination in my professional career. Previously, I was a Business Development and Sales professional with over 15 years' experience growing companies from inception, building trusting relationships with professionals of all levels and learning clients' needs by using consultative sales, strong communication and needs-assessment skills. Ability to solve problems with ease and sound judgement. Skilled in planning and data analysis. Incredibly organized, detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work. I have many thoughts, ideas and goals for building a team. Most of these ideas revolve around improving procedures operationally, increasing the level of communication and, most importantly, keeping employee morale high and the culture of the office "happy".
