Responsible for donor stewardship, marketing initiatives, social and website strategies, and designing all creative content in order to fulfill multi-million dollar income goals. Advise executive teams, board members, volunteers, and staff on strategies related to communications, brand, PR/media, and marketing. Further manage and work alongside a team responsible for raising critical funds supporting the operating budget through individual, events, community, and corporate giving.

Managed major fundraising events and all cause partnerships while assisting the CDO in meeting individual giving revenue goals for Rose Brooks Center.

A key partner within the development team, contributed to the fundraising goals and capacity of Rose Brooks Center, by authoring up to 100 grant proposals, reports, and budgets annually. With grants ranging from $500 to $500,000, generated over $1 million in operating funds, through successful grant-making.

Provided prevention services, education, and support to middle and high school students. Coordinated and facilitated educational presentations, support groups and referrals to community resources to over 1,000 students annually.

Provided crisis advocacy for victims of domestic violence within the hospital setting, including safety planning, shelter placement, and obtaining orders of protection. Facilitated domestic violence in-service and training sessions for all hospital personnel on screening standardization and a systems-wide response to victims of violence.

Managed funding through grants, individual giving, and donor prospects. Responsible for daily business operations, contracts, and volunteer/employee management of nearly 150 vocalist and musicians.

Managed provisioning teams responsible for business orders, monitored vendor performance, recommended process resolutions, and reported process improvement plans to the Sprint executive teams.

Led project teams through the gathering of business, functional and system requirements, and authored project concepts and reported expenditures on behalf of the internal business customer.
