• Responsible for creating and executing the company’s employee development strategy. This effort is tightly linked to corporate objectives and managed in collaboration with senior leaders of the business. Duties include:
• Working with peers in the business and HR to craft a comprehensive people strategy for Farmers.
• Design and lead the CEO’s, Farmers Leadership Team meetings for the top 130 leaders. A twice per year 1-day event to strengthen leader alignment and drive the execution of the strategy. Introduced “100-day sprints”.
• Craft and maintain our board member competency profile and execute on development paths to enable Board of Regents members to develop into Board of Governor members.
