Manage creative and technology of event production for inbound clientele at the beautiful and exciting Arizona Grand Resort.

Travel to various cities across North America providing full spectrum of production services including creative direction, technology implementation, crew sourcing, budget analysis, content production, talent acquisition. etc. Responsible for overseeing successful execution of each phase of the event life cycle from project initiation to onsite execution ending in final close out. Maintain existing clientele and actively seek out new companies in need of a solid, honest, creative, and experienced production team. Also responsible for continuing relationships established by AAVC's talented in house audiovisual teams and transitioning those relationships to production partnerships at venues that American Audio Visual Center currently is not the in house provider at.

Maintain existing clientele and actively seek new client for life opportunities, with a focus on the Southwestern sector. Assist Senior Account Executives with proposal construction, pre-job cost analysis and procurement of necessary production components nationally. Travel to AAVC properties and promote LeadShare program, track in-house business globally and identify and contact potential staging clients. Assist in-house sales teams with large event sales, multi-year national service agreements, creative direction. Promote AAVC at every opportunity.

Oversee set/strike/operate crews for all functions and events taking place at the Westin Kierland that required audio visual support.
