Managed all aspects of a 2.5 million dollar per year sign manufacturing and installation company. Key Responsibilities:Managed day to day activities of up to 18 full-time employees across all company departments.Operations Management- Scheduled our team of installers and electricians daily jobs, set our fabrication schedule, maintained our facility, was the main point of contact for any escalated issues that needed to be resolved.Sales- Worked with customers to provide solutions that would best help their brands stand out.Project Management- Managed over 100 projects annually across the country from initial estimate through installation and customer acceptance. Communicated effectively with stakeholders at all levels of each project.
