Territory consisted of the following states (Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Washington, Oregon, California, North & South Dakota, Memphis, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Montana, and Louisiana).Oversee 115-cafes, 10-Area Developers, 24-corporate supported units, 4-area franchise managers and partner in a café in Arizona.Provided a road map for company to get 90% of our current franchisee’s to attend regionally mini-convention type meetings. Our team developed a “Road Show”. We visited 11-cities and hosted 19 mini-convention type meetings with our franchisees. We achieved our goal by getting over 94% of the entire franchise community to attend these meetings. Year prior we had 32% attend.Lead a project team in developing and rolling out system wide catering and fundraising programs to our franchise community. Instrumental in the development of our current training program, systems, OPS manual. In additional role I have been the Director of Training teaching franchise classes at Corporate Headquarters for all new Franchisees. Involved in the following projects: Menu revamp, LTO new menu offerings, National Marketing Calendar, Convention workshops and presentations.

Responsible for operations of 36 full service units in the Phoenix-Tucson area.Worked with operators to generate sales, maximizing profits, and to ensure growth in all cost categories.Ensure store operators followed the company’s Brand Standards. Coordinate interaction between operators and various home office departments to help support and provide guidance as needed.Monitor restaurant operations to ensure compliance with all brand standards and adherence to the operating agreement. Make recommendations on ways to control costs and increase profitability.Ensure operators have a plan for local promotions to increase guest counts and increase sales. Conducted management and operator training in all phases of restaurant openings.Conduct Operational business plan reviews to discuss strategies and direction regarding their restaurants based on performance and ensuring operational standards are met.

Region covered 562 stores in 14 states. Opened over 43-new units. Successfully opened company flagship unit in “Time Square” New York. Highest volume location in the country.Developed and conducted regional Market Meetings on a quarterly basis to address opportunities, business action plans, market awareness, new products/promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and profitability.Accountability of each franchisee in their contractual obligations and ensured they are delivering on the brand promise to each guest.Developed and implemented the “Area Developer National Advisory Board”. Worked directly with the President and key Developers across the country to stream line communication, receive input, and collect best practices from the franchise community.
