Current- Created and implemented strategic account plans for our largest distribution partners that align with organizational efforts.
- Provide leadership, guidance, mentoring, coaching and support to develop the strategic distribution sales team as well as achieve team quota goals.
- Create and Analyze reports on data utilizing tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce.
- Provide monthly report on activities, account plan wins and sales results for our National Distribution team.
- Consistently achieved sales growth targets for North America.
- Lead the Go to Market Strategy initiative for the US and Canadian Region of MSA Safety. Further driving the continuous improvement internally as well as the customer journey experience externally.
