Wore many IT hats with my time at Sprint. Early on I supported the many local regional Mainframe applications and transitioned into the CRB midrange unix environments in 2000. In 2003 I was able to stop by the PCS side and use my midrange experience to help the Rodeo Configuration Management team. When the PCS work morphed, I jumped over to the Long.

Wore many hats during my tenure. Worked on multiple mainframe applications like: Payroll, Material Management, and Accounts Payable. I also started the process to use Realia Cobol and CICS to develop systems in the PC/LAN environment and test locally before moving them up to the Mainframe. That reduced the load on the mainframe the files, and databases.

Previously contracted to the United States Marine Corp. on a conversion project, the "Automated Recruit Management System", from COMPLETE to CICS utilizing: CICS, ADABAS, and VS COBOL II.Previously contracted to the Federal Government GSA branch, and was promoted to DBA assistant during the creation of an online system for the FSS Discrepancy Report Center.
