My current position is as a Senior Technical Architect in the Technology Architecture Group. My current position is as a Solutions Architect in the Technology Architecture Group. In this role I am responsible for the architectural duties around Virtualization, Dynamic Infrastructure, and assist in GRID and Cloud computing.

In the role as an Server Administrator, the primary role included the design, development, training, and implementation of the virtual infrastructure and environment for Countrywide Financial Corporation in the x86, x64, and midrange system environments.

Analysis, design, and implementation of systems and architecture to better support the user community and infrastructure operations. Support of day to day operations included Lotus Notes / Domino domains, VMWare infrastructure and domains, servers and networks within the business infrastructure, as well as support of second and third level helpdesk support to the business user community.

 Tested and evaluated of production applications against existing versions of Lotus Notes and 3rd party software packages. Provided customer and technical support to end users both internal and external to the company. Provided onsite support for setup and deployment of production systems and applications sold by QXCOM.  Analyzed and developed software for business applications, created and utilized testing procedures, and developed custom applications for mission specific needs.  Supported the developers in the development of production software to include Alpha and Beta testing, defect analysis and impact on overall functionality, and survey analysis support from end user provided information.
