Manage portfolio of 40 corporate clients with estimated annual revenue of over $1.5M. Primary responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, thriving partnerships with key client stakeholders and earning their trust and loyalty through quality performance. Lead face to face meetings with corporate clients• Team Leadership: Manage team targeting premier customer satisfaction. Complete performance reviews on staff. Recognition of high performers. Identify poor performers. Develop action plan for each including 9 box evaluations• Incremental Revenue Growth: Identify and capture growth opportunities resulting in increased revenue• Business Planning: Developing and delivering presentations and information on performance and services for clients• RFI/RFP: Participate in contract review, presentation, negotiation and extensions• Client Consultation – Lead and Assist clients in development of their Corporate Mobility Policy and proactively discuss our service solutions• Service Delivery: Design and oversee delivery of customized and cost effective employee mobility programs for several corporate clients• Internal Revenue: Monitor reports regularly and identify and investigate anomalies and prepare action plan as required• Analytic Reporting: Volume, Financials, Services and Performance Measurement direct to corporate client customers• Problem Solving: Resolve issue escalations internal and external• Client Facing: Attend company events with key corporate client contacts and prospects
