Appointed as a Course Director on Adjunct Faculty of the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), UNSW. Responsible for design and delivery (in both Australia and Hong Kong) of masters-level courses in: • Economics - business application of supply and demand; market forces; strategic interaction; game-theory; principal/agent relationships; core competencies; outsourcing; and the macro-economy.• Corporate Finance - business application of NPV; capital budgeting; hedging; and capital structure.• Operations Management - business application of process analysis; queuing theory; quality control; lean operations; inventory management; supply-chain management and project management.• Quantitative Business Modeling - business application of forecasting techniques; linear, non-linear and dynamic optimisation methods; and monte-carlo simulations.

• CBA Chief Negotiator (2009-2013) (4yrs) responsible for working directly with internal/external C-suite Executives and senior Legal Counsel to design, negotiate and implement lateral end-to-end commercial/contractual arrangements (and resolve disputed matters) to optimise relationships with the Bank's strategic partners in the fields of IT and Operations. Successfully designed and negotiated greenfield and lateral outcomes with the majority of international ICT vendors including Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, SAP, HP, CA, Ariba, Tata, HCL, Accenture, Telstra and others. • General Manager - Strategic Procurement & Contract Compliance (2007-2009) (3yrs) responsible for high-risk, high-spend, high-impact complex sourcing activities across CBA and its global subsidiaries. This involved the Bank's major strategic suppliers. Further responsible for contractual compliance and audit activities, and for controlling and co-ordinating software asset management (SAM). Redesigned arrangements and streamlined procedures to reduce costs and increase productivity. Led and mentored staff to continually develop and adopt best-practice procurement, supply-chain and risk mitigation techniques.• Head of Operations & Logistics (2004-2006) (2yrs) responsible for the design and implementation of solutions for scanning and electronically accessing documentation across the Bank. Further responsible for all logistics and supply chain elements of the Bank’s major upgrade program to implement a full suite of next-generation ICT equipment, systems and processes at 1200 customer-facing and back-office locations.

• Worked extensively as an officer of the Royal Australian Navy throughout Australia and South East Asia in various engineering, operations and project/resource management roles. Undertook two diplomatic postings to Papua New Guinea and the United Kingdom on behalf of the Australian Government.
