My principal duties include marketing segmentation, content editing, A/B testing, post-campaign analysis and reporting from which we develop different strategies to increase leads and get a higher ROI, creating the production and release schedules of our marketing activities, and many other tasks which often arise. Furthermore, as our marketing efforts are mostly B2B direct email marketing, I am responsible for the maintenance of our contact database. This entails not only caring for existing contact information, but also adding additional contact information collected from a wide variety of sources, i.e. lead generation. Due to the scope of my job duties, I liaise with all levels and departments in our company: sales team, product managers, content editors, corporate management, etc.

Compilation and formatting of industry intelligence profiles of IT departments in the top 300 European companies; concentration on German-language companies organizational and responsibility mapping of top IT executives within each company

Responsible for handling all aspects of post-closing (mortgage) issues with respect to company business: all customer and client interaction , responsible for wire transfers, implemented tracking system which recovered 50% of post-closing shortage issues arising from inaccurate property taxation valuations

Responsible for database maintenance, new website content (English product descriptions), content and layout for quarterly customer newsletter (4Q 1999), industry magazine awareness, Market and Competition analysis for RDIS product-line, writing press releases, participant in decision making process for new branding of company name and image (formerly pc-plus GmbH) for entry on the Frankfurt DAX (Q1 2000).
