In this position, primary responsibilities are creating, delivering, and supporting training classes for internal clients. Specific duties include: Create needs analysis to determine client needs for potential training request. Create Training Agreements, Facilitator Guides, and Participant materials for new hire, cross training, and project training sessions  Deliver training and provided support through facilitating group/one on one meetings with stakeholders. Acted as a Training Lead for project work dealing with domestic and international business partners. Duties included overseeing trainers allocated to the project, along with working with project leads and stakeholders to ensure successful training and project implementation.
