I've been lucky enough to have a front row seat to breakthrough research like The Challenger Sale and Effortless Experience. And I've been fortunate enough to travel the world multiple times speaking about a variety of customer experience topics - primarily on how to create Effortless Experiences. A few years back I figured I'd try my hand at sales. I expected it to be a quick pit stop, but I haven't left.
