Process Operator & Training Resource
Current• Operates the ECU board from the Unit Control Center utilizing DCS, Delta V and Provox systems.• Monitors all systems for flow and pressure, velocity, changes in pressure, regulators, control valves, relief valves, etc.• Maintains process equipment function including steam boilers, compressors, pumps, turbines, and vessels.• Troubleshoots and corrects various unit processes and operations.• Coordinates ECU field operations groups during equipment outages.• Collects various water samples and analyzes data.• Reviews sample data for potential process errors and applies necessary updates to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.
