Streamlined interdepartmental flow of information, created numerous KPI reports utilized to drive efficiencies and organized departmental meetings structure. Enhanced and administered supply chain relationships with local and foreign vendors and suppliers. Created and managed budgets for all departments ranging from $25M to $70M. Responsible for analytics provided to the Board of the company's publicly traded parent.

Responsible for the management of company offering a wide range of services for both profitable and distressed jewelry retailers and wholesalers. Negotiated all customer engagements, managed vendor relationships and the sales team. Responsible for oversight of financial models, financial statements, related analytics and drafting business plans. Sizing of engagements ran between approx. $1M and $5M.

Appointed President in November 2008 through sale of the company in August 2011. Oversaw 6x sales growth and employee growth from approx. 300 to over 1,300.
