Commercially minded position which has involved the dual roles of Commercial Manager for oOh!’s billboard division and Sales Management functions for oOh!’s contract sales representation team Media Tonic in the Western Australia Market.The commercial management function of this position involves working closely with the oOh! sales, development, operations, marketing and financial teams to ensure the billboard division product is promoted effectively, sold efficiently, revenue growth is achieved and profitability is attained. This position has also included being the day to day bridge between Media Tonic and oOh! providing sales rates and packages for all oOh! products, training, systems integration, budgets and sales reports to ensure sales results and profitability are achieved.Evolving skill sets from this role have constituted forming business and trading strategies, yield management, competitive and business analysis, systems improvement, budget setting, report writing and the logical applications of prior experience in sales roles.

Key account management of and sales of Out of Home solutions to large and medium size media agencies with client focussed selling to maximise revenue potential and attain individual and state sales targets across all oOh! products. This role honed skills acquired through previous positions in sales as well as develop greater initiative, influence and strategic thinking around solutions based selling.

Solution based selling of all oOh! products to clients direct and boutique media agencies. A results driven, customer oriented role with true accountability measured through the efficient and effective promotion of all Out of Home media.As with most sales roles, the emphasis on cold calling and converting warm leads enhanced adaptability, creativity, conversion and thinking on your feet to overcome objections and providing solutions.

Working with a diverse client base, from large multinational corporations to small business, in the promotion and facilitation of apprenticeship and traineeship take up. This role developed an invaluable skill set covering everything from business consultation and service promotion to account management and dispute resolution as well as the art of working with Government departments and respective legislation.
