Wells Fargo IP Remediation Project - $ 5.5 million dollar building technology network cyber security upgrade. 2500 sites. Monitoring, managing, tracking and supporting 5 -20 field technicians nationwide daily. Weekly deliverables updates of completed sites. Following week sites schedule verification and distribution.

Work From Home

Walmart / Toshiba POS project - Ended July 1st. Responsibilities included overnight technician management of anywhere from 12 to 178 technicians per night. Identified conflict or technician issues and diffused or escalated appropriately per communication plan. Tracked, managed recorded and reported the teams of technician onsite times. Nightly reporting to the internal stakeholders.

- Dell / Star ATT National Project - Initiated, Planned, Coordinated, Monitored and Deliverables for over 8000 nationwide site deployments. - Overseeing of 140+ Technicians per day, 5 days /week along with a hand picked team of 7. - Developed web based multimedia training and orientation solutions, - Created documentation and planning program to track over $12,000,000.00 worth of equipment and resources.

Safeway, Carrs, Randalls, Vons, Pavillions Grocery Stores, National Wireless Refresh Project.Responsibilities : Oversee and participate in the the nightly overnight Installation / Upgrade of Routers, Switches, Copper and Fiber connectivity along with the turn up of new Cisco Access Points. Verified all store systems and devices are up and running correctly. Onsite Troubleshooting and Support of store systems. This was a joint project with Tek Systems, IBM and Cisco with Safeway as the end client.

Onsite Lead Tech and Technician Management for installation of 700 IP cameras and drops at Amazon FC.. Responsibilities included overseeing 7-12 technicians, cat 6 cabling to Amazon and Panduit prints and specs, Materials research and purchasing, Locating, Installation and addressing of supplied IQeye IP Cameras.Lead Tech responsibilities also included Technician Time management, daily assignments and productivity on 8-14 hour shifts for all technicians, Reporting included Excel spreadsheets, lots of Email and daily conference calls and face to face interaction with both Amazon IT team and Project Managers and TEK systems Project Managers.

•Team lead POS front-end / back-end Installs and configs. •Installation and config racks, servers , routers, switches UPS's workstations. •Relocations, Rollouts, Refreshes, Upgrades, Break-fix. •IBM POS - 4690 series Servers and terminals. • Responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems and components, including hardware, networking products, software and operating systems.Served as the primary technical interface to customers for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the customer. I advised customers of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may impact product performance or impair customer's IT operation.I also performed service activities such as systems assurance, installation planning, account management, systems-level problem determination, discontinuance and relocation of IBM and non-IBM systems and products.
