We greatly value our employees as colleagues and business partners.Responsibilities:•Support and manage a wonderful group of recruiters•Recruit and build relationships with qualified Physicians•Develop and execute recruitment strategy in order to fill a high volume of diverse openings including activities, such as:- Networking - Defining job posting options and locations - Targeted search and sourcing strategy•Build and maintain a well-qualified pool of candidates for contract positions•Join professional networking organizations, attend industry trade shows, and establish passive channel sources to develop candidate pipeline•Qualify, present and schedule candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
