Extensive experience in Public Sector Auditing through 35 years with the Queensland Audit Office. This has covered the full spectrum of organisational structures used by the state including departments, local governments, government owned corporations, companies, universities and statutory authorities, ranging in financial size, cultural diversity, internal control structures, information systems, and level of maturity relating to their governance, integrity and risk management frameworks.Now seeking further to leverage this background to improve outcomes for the community through assisting individual agencies with constructive and independent advice and assistance. My skill set includes both accounting and information systems capabilities which I am continuing to invest in through requalifying for CISA and currently undertaking post graduate study in data science.
