I am responsible for the general business activities of Accuspec's New Jersey branch, and I actively call upon clients in the consulting engineering, end-user and contracting communities.My entire career has focused on high performance HVAC systems, providing precise temperature, humidity, airflow and pressure control for critical facilities. Typical applications have included: pharmaceutical; food and specialty chemical manufacturing; acoustical instrument manufacturing; research and teaching laboratories; data centers; and healthcare. I have significant experience in the design, construction and equipment sales aspects of the projects.I strive to provide technical and engineering excellence, knowing that sales will follow. I avoid heavy-handed sales tactics, instead focusing on providing and demonstrating technically superior solutions. I really enjoy the nuance of understanding a client's needs, and developing solutions to maximize their benefit.I am active in ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers) previously serving as the president of its New Jersey chapter. I am a licensed professional engineer, and hold various industry related certifications.
