As I discussed my successes helping Mr. Evens start up Rapid Response Credit Repair {a spin off from The Mortgage Zone} with an associate, they referred me to another business owner who engaged with me to solve other business challenges, and one engagement led to another. The two most detailed engagements were with a Technology Firm in Atlanta, Cynergy Telecom, and an Employment Consulting start-up in Princeton, EPM.Cynergy Telecom: At Cynergy Working under the CEO I implemented Both MS Dynamics and Salesforce.com so that the sales teams and account management teams could seamlessly share data and automate many processes including digital marketing. Later in the engagement, I worked with the owners to define and formalize the referral network that drove much of their lead generation. This position was similar to a channel manager role.................. EPM: The Owner of EPM had sold his first company in search strategies and professional marketing in 2004 and wanted to re-enter the space. He engaged with me for two primary initiatives. 1st I was asked to "stand-up" the company which included everything from legal formation, space leasing, corporate SOP's and technology, as well as the recruiting and hiring of all back-office personnel. We implemented a customized database using Zoho and Google tools along with accounting integration with QuickBooks. I oversaw the website build and SEO efforts. The 2nd challenge was to design and author a sales playbook for job search networking, essentially customize a B2B networking sales strategy to fit the needs of a senior-level executive in transition.

In June of 2020, we began providing CBD manufacturers with the CBD derivatives they need for their products from our in-house inventory and that of our Clone and seedling farmers. By focusing on providing the intangibles; strong QC, reliable documentation, amazing communication, and a "we can help you" attitude, CPG manufacturers have been happily working with us.As of August, my role has been expanded to include the responsibility of growing revenue across all divisions along with the development and oversight of the marketing strategy for the organization. We developed and implemented a subcontracting program to expand our abilities as well as a contract growing division to services the legal medical cannabis industry.

CannAllay was formed to develop consumer brands within the cannabis industry. I was hired to standup the organization, recruit and manage the team, and all vendor partners, as well as to lead this entity in the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. The organization was assembled as a test for this investor group to explore the cannabis branding space.~ Recruit and hire management team and oversee all operational activities~ Develop an operating budget and financial proforma with input from the primary investors and advisory board~ Create presentation deck and lead all investor meetings during both rounds of funding~ Build team of internal and agency professionals to develop several brands, the marketing strategies for the sales team and the promotional campaigns for these brands~ Leverage my knowledge of cannabis regulations to minimize financial risks and circumvent banking obstacles though a creative contract manufacturing approach~ Engage several manufactures in China to provide custom hardware and locally to assemble and distributeCannAllay’s first brand was launched within 10 months followed by 3 additional brands over the next two years. Beginning in February 2019, CannAllay commenced market tests in the greater Philadelphia and New York regions with a variation of its vape brand formulated with CBD.

RGY was a firm solely owned by a well-capitalized entrepreneur. I was engaged as COO to form and standup three corporate organizations{Bloomfield Industries, Inc. | Saint James Global, Inc.| Aurora Packaging}. I was also tasked with performing all CFO functions including the financial modeling needed for the investment community during the initial 11 months. Bloomfield Industries: Secured one of five coveted licenses to operate a vertically integrated medical marijuana business. In early 2015 New York State opened a process for companies to compete for 5 medical marijuana business licenses. I was charged with developing the strategy and plan to secure a license. Our final presentation was well over 3,000 pages and consisted of an entire company worth of SOP's, full design documentation for facilities, and strategy for a successful launch. After the award of our License, we had only 5 months and 1 week to become operational; which included hiring, all department heads, and staff, finalizing real estate leases, Building facilities including an indoor farm, manufacturing facility, and procuring all equipment.Saint James Global: Formed to develop marijuana-infused products. I secured partners and facilities in Colorado to provide the scientific resources needed for product development. Recruited the local team and performed all CFO functions. Aurora Packaging and Distribution, Inc. – Local Corporation created to hold local state license and actually manufacture and distribute SJG products in Colorado. As a Colorado resident, I applied for the license and managed the processes.

Recruited to open and manage offices in NJ and PA. In addition to those areas of responsibility, I worked very closely with the President and Vice President to round out the corporate management team. The first challenge was to bring order to the firms enormous growth, while maintaining compliance. Due to the de-Centralized management processes needed to be defined and implemented enabling managers to screen and hire reps at the branch level. At the height of our business growth we had over 1,000 reps and contracts with over 200 lending institutions.I also opened and managed two Branches, one in Princeton and one in Malvern. This firm unfortunately suffered the consequences of the '08 crisis. I worked with both owners individually as they closed down the firm. One owner transitioned with his Local Melville NY core team of 350 and merged with another firm. The other owner started a credit repair firm and engaged with me to implement all core functions.
