Turning Passion into Performance Aiming to bring cycling up to the level of other high-profile sports, the UCI created the ProTour. As cycling worldwide is maturing, the UCI Academy now offers a management education programme, specifically tailored for UCI ProTeams’ Sports Directors. The high quality education programme is also made accessible for UCI professional continental teams.The aspiration is to stimulate the personal and professional growth of the team directors by delivering a Modular Based Programme annually during the off-season and promote the drive to obtain an Executive Certificate. Initially delivered in English, it will also be held in French in subsequent alternate years. Each intake will be limited to approximately 25 participants, in order to maximise interaction amongst fellow participants, the recognised industry experts, and world leading business academics.
