The purpose of this role is to provide leadership for the implementation and compliance to the Ixom SHE management system, across all Ixom operational sites and business units where Ixom has 'Operational Control'. Develop the SHE operational plan. Lead and manage the team of SHE Advisors to ensure delivery of the SHE plan, compliance to regulatory requirements and alignment in the execution of the Ixom SHE management system.

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a comprehensive risk management framework for the New Zealand and Fiji business.
