With more than 15 years experience in senior customer-centric roles, I have had the privilege to work for organisations in a variety of sectors and markets across the globe. From manging teams of 150+ to delivering £20M CAPEX transformation programmes, my skills span over many disciplines but always centre around the customer and driving long-term results. As Marketing and CRM Director at American Golf, the UK's largest golf retailer, I am accountable for the brand, customer acquisition and growth, and mobilising insight into trailblazing customer experiences and campaigns. I also oversee the business' GDPR compliance and Corporate media relationships. Our customer proposition is simple: each and every one should be treated as a VIP. And in doing so, we continue to surprise, delight, and retain our amazing AG members. But it's not all about balls, tees, and clubs! I am an advocate for ED&I and co-host a podcast called The Rainbow Roundtable. And in recent years I have written a novel through Faber & Faber which one day you will all get to read. But, for now, my writing skills are nurtured within American Golf's campaigns, press releases, and lots more.
