Oversee eighteen brokerage accounts utilizing experience and product knowledge to ensure proper structure and pricing for the submission of conforming and government residential loans.

Directly responsible for originating residential, commercial and home equity retail mortgage loan applications. Duties included all aspects of loan approval; processing, clearing conditions, pricing and overseeing final closing documents for each approved application. Management responsibilities required extensive training on products, guidelines, and sales techniques for three to five Loan Officers. Top producer in 2004 and 2005.
