Responsible for the full mandatory training cycle from eLearn development through to reporting on completions. A significant achievement I delivered was redesigning the reporting process to reduce the admin runtime from multiple hours and complicated calculations to 5 minutes and a ‘drag and drop data’ process that can be completed by anyone.Authoring and updating Group L&D eLearn which includes content on Underwriting, Leadership and PDR processes. This has saved the organisation roughly $60,000 in 2021 with future savings estimated at $120,000 for 2022 as we no longer need to outsource this. Operational responsibility for Hiscox’s learning platform, Success Factory with the objective of helping users find the right thing faster. This includes content curation of over 5000 learning objects as well as systems management (custom pages, functionality, marketing) to enhance end user experience.Business partnering with Subject Matter Experts to ensure that their content on Hiscox's LMS is accurately represented and accessible on the platform.Production of L&D KPI Dashboards and MI to support the L&D teams across the organisation to make better decisions driven by data. This includes regular reporting to the HR Leadership Team as well as providing data for other L&D employees to present to their Leadership Teams. Previously these tasks were very admin heavy and open to error / inconsistencies but with the processes I have implemented, these have been sped up and there is a consistent reporting methodology across the organisation available to L&D teams.Ongoing management and initial build of L&D Support Ticket Function (Zendesk) and Survey Monkey to actively track feedback for distribution to L&D Managers, HRLT and suppliers. I have developed Macro’s for L&D employees to use which allows them to resolve tickets faster and more accurately.

Key role in the rapid growth of the Chicago Fire’s ‘Soccer In The Community (SITC)’ department by delivering summer camps and soccer trainer solutions to existing and new clients within the Midwest region. Delivered revenue in the region of $120,000 (£90,000) by developing new business opportunities and expanding programming with existing clients.Responsible for the marketing campaign of each program under my management. This includes strategically targeting key demographics and working with clients to maximise our outreach within the community the program is taking place in.Alongside senior management, I oversaw 20-25 coaches working for Youth Elite Soccer in the Chicagoland area at various youth soccer clubs to ensure high coaching quality standards.
