I am the Superintendent/ President & Qualifying Party for Agape Construction a Residential and commercial General Contractor.I have experience in T.I. work as well as ground up construction experience. One thing that sets me apart, is my inspection and litigation experience in the construction field. From Convivence stores to high end dental offices, from cardiovascular treatment centers to the courtroom, I have the experience to do the job right. Changing plans as needed, drafting overall schedules as well as 3 week forecast schedules and all other documentation, I have a history of finding ways to make things not only work, but function as intended and on a budget where needed.I have owned several companies in the past and also have experience as a business coach. This experience have given me a track record of identifying issues, as well as developing plans and implementing them to resolve issues.It is not unusual for me to be running several projects at once, having completed over 12 projects in the last 2 years with an average construction schedule of 6 months. All projects came in on budget and either on schedule or earlier.
