As a 911 Call Receiver, I answered emergency 911 calls and gathered information from the public about their emergencies as those events occurred. I relayed information to dispatchers for timely police/fire dispatch. I gave life saving CPR and first aid instructions, as well as interrogated callers for relevant information to aid in an appropriate response.As a 911 Dispatcher, I was responsible for prioritizing Police, Fire and Medical calls for assistance and dispatching the appropriate response (police or firefighters). Work included allocating limited resources to best address emergent situations and my priority was the safety of first responders and the public.

I represented real estate buyers and sellers in the Seattle area real estate market, with a focus on corporate relocations. I achieved the company’s President’s Award for productivity for 7 consecutive years.
