Redesigned the corporate identiy and was responsible for implementing brand and marketing standards across multiple outlets (print and web). Responsible for the design of all proposals for eight departments. Created materials for clients that included project schedules, process posters, project reports, and road and bridge renderings to demonstrate the vision of the engineers. Designed and developed brochures, trade show booths, job fair materials, promotional items, presentations, company newsletters, and advertisements.Worked with Project Managers, Department Managers, and the Marketing Manager to create graphics and materials for client interviews. Collaborated with the Marketing Manager to help coach individuals for the interviews. Developed graphics and materials for client and public meetings for Project Managers and Engineers.

Responsible for implementing brand and marketing standards across multiple media (print, web, and mobile). Creation of seasonal sales tools to support an 800 person strong sales team that included ads, invitations, e-vites and both internal and external websites.Worked with print vendor to add an online ordering system to give our Sales field easier access to business materials (business cards, letterhead, envelopes and invitations).Coordinated with the President of Retail to create sales materials for our 5 retail outlet stores that included ads, posters, in-store signage, banners and brochures.Created an application using Xcode and AppleScript to process over 1500 images per season. The department was responsible for creating the images needed for internal and external websites. Each product image needed to be in 10 different sizes and the Runway images needed to be in 5 different sizes. The application significantly reduced the time it took to create all of these different sizes. The application can also extract data from a Microsoft Excel file to produce a new file to use as a data source for Adobe InDesign layout automation. Responsible for creating and maintaining surveys that are sent to the sales field for feedback on their shows and product.

Assigned as a Section Leader/Senior Scout to a Scout Platoon in a Cavalry Squadron; responsible for the health, welfare and discipline of three NCOs and nine enlisted Soldiers and their families; responsible for the maintenance, accountability and combat readiness of three High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles and all assigned weapons and equipment valued in excess of 2 million dollars; assumes duties and responsibilities of the Platoon Sergeant in his absence.Deployed to Iraq in 2006-2007; worked as a Police Transition Team (PTT) team leader; responsible for the daily activities, training and welfare of three NCOs and nine enlisted Soldiers and over 30 Iraqi Police Officers. Trained Iraqi Police Officers and set up a new police station in Ramadi, Iraq; responsible for the security and presence patrols with the Iraqi Police for the newly created police station;
