Ensuring continued compliance with the laboratory quality management system and ISO17025 requirements including all aspects of sampling and testing sample process fluids (gas, water, condensate, process chemicals and other) to meet the plant sampling schedules.Conduct job hazard analysis when carrying out tasks associated with core duties.Utilisation of portable online analysers for in-field measurement as required by operations.Development of analytical methods to support the plant testing requirements.Ensuring all procedures are current and changes managed through the documented control systems.Monitoring and analysis of domestic gas streams to verify online analysers.Understand the contractual lifting agreements and the testing processes associated with LNG export.

All aspects of testing relating to Laboratory support of Pluto and Karratha Gas Plants, ranging from GC to metals and waters testing, sample collection and drop off, procurement and sample dispatch.

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:• Lab Health and Safety Representative• Lab First Aid Officer (2013 - 2015)• Deemed competent by ISO17025 requirements to perform over 120 test procedures, instrument maintenance, validations and calibrations in a NATA accredited laboratory.• Identified the need to get the laboratory’s Virtual Training Assistant database working to its full potential. There were incomplete or missing training notes as well as broken and incorrect links. I was assigned administration rights to the VTA and proceeded to go through every test, identifying and rectifying all issues. The system is now vastly improved.• Implemented a continuous improvement project for diesel fuel distillation that significantly improved safety, efficiency and cost for the test involved.
