Lead analysis of trends, forecasts, current build levels and scenario planning to create consensus schedule. Make decisions on forecasts & schedules that directly impact manufacturing plants day rates & head count. Chair weekly meetings with global markets & manufacturing to discuss schedules, risks & opportunities.Supported the Marketing Intelligence function for 3 years as Senior Business Intelligence reports developer of the European organisation. This supporting role involved improving their processes, building new Cognos based reports, and developing BI analytical tools and processes to facilitate key planning decisions of our Managing Director and Senior Management. Principal coordination point between all global marketing arenas, manufacturing plants, Supply Chain and Senior Management to develop build schedules, product availability and material requirements. Respond quickly to changing Market environment to minimise impact on our manufacturing plants.Provide Managing Director of EMEA directly with opportunity & risk analysis and recommendations. Develop product build plans, forecasts and measurement reports in conjunction with Senior Management.Support the Marketing Intelligence Department by improving their processes, analytical tools and reports. Identify analytical tools and methods to facilitate key planning decisions. Create metrics to measure company performance and compare actual results against forecast.Oversee the delivery of all departmental and divisional monthly, weekly and daily reports. Steer Departmental Website Project team in development of all departmental internal & external websites. European Manufacturing lead on Global Editorial Boards determining format, content and processes for all internal and external websites.
