Conference One was a premier VALORANT collegiate esports tournament organizer. My primary responsibilities included fostering an engaging player and school environment as well as developing, overseeing, and executing tournament operations. Key Responsibilities and Achievements:• Recruited 15 schools for the first 2020 fall season, retained participation, and grew the team count to 124 colleges and universities by Spring 2022, resulting in a 726% increase in team participation by the end of the league.• Created and administrated 6 successful, user-friendly seasonal tournament gameplay systems with multiple competitive tiers and styles, ensuring accessibility for students and administrator buy-in.• Produced and updated graphics with Adobe Suite for social media and the website, enhancing visual identity and growing our Twitter and Twitch social accounts.• Maintained the design and upkeep of the Conference One WordPress website and Discord server, creating transparency, improving user experience, ensuring participants received important news and updates.

The Yard @ College Avenue is a mixed-use, Rutgers University apartment and restaurant complex catering to students and the community.
