In 2016, I helped develop Smucker’s internal creative studio to deliver inspiring creative marketing solutions for our internal clients. We branded ourselves Studio38, a nod to the first year (1938) Smucker explored marketing and selling opportunities for its jams and jellies. In just 3 years our team grew from 2 to 17 creative team members. As our team continues to grow and evolve we recently changed our name to “Seed Creative” to better reflect on our teams role in “seeding the growth of our brands”. Once a small but mighty team, we’ve grown to a collective group of strategic thinkers with decades of combined ad agency experience across multiple creative disciplines. Our team consists of Designers, Writers, Editors, Motion Designers, Content Producers and Contractors. Our range of talent allows us to support a wider variety of business needs and collaborate more effectively with external agency partners.I’m currently the Senior Manager for Seed Creative responsible for leading the creative marketing efforts for our Smucker Away from Home business serving the channels of Restaurants, Military, Schools (K-12), Healthcare, Universities, Convenient Stores, Hospitality and Office Coffee Service. We produce award-winning work for some of the best-known brands in the coffee, food and pet categories. I also help lead a variety of work for R&D, Innovation, eComm, HR and Corporate Communications.The brands we serve include: Smucker (jams and jellies), Uncrustables, Hostess, Jif, Dunkin, Santa Cruz Organic, Folgers, Folgers 1850 and Cafe Bustelo. We also support our portfolio of pet brands which include Milk-Bone, Pup-Peroni and Meow Mix.

Nestlé Creative Leader charged to work with Shopper Marketing team members to help design and digitally promote various Nestlé brands. Managed and mentored creative teams through project development and performance management.Developed customized retail campaigns that leveraged a variety of in-store and out-of store tactics such as experiential, strategic use of social media (web, mobile, banners, POV, microsites) FSI’s, lifestyle/recipe handout/booklets, in-aisle signage, customized magazines and in-store demo events.Key Nestlé Brands served: Stouffers, Purina, Lean Cuisine, Hot and Lean Pockets, DiGiorno, Buitoni, Edy’s, Dryer’s, Drumstick, Toll House, Taster’s Choice, Coffee Mate, Purina, Gerber, Wonka, Crunch, Butterfinger and PowerBar.• Executed multiple shopper assignments for many Nestlé brands within the nation’s largest retailers (Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Kroger).• Re-branded Walmart’s baby department nationwide.
