As the Director of Operations and Training at Galen College of Nursing, I oversee the operational and training functions of the College, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance across all campuses. I have more than ten years of experience in leading and managing teams, projects, and processes in the higher education industry, and I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.My core competencies include: team building, public speaking, training and development, enrollment management, project management, process improvement, and software implementation. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to streamline workflows, improve communication, and enhance student services. My mission is to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among the staff, faculty, and students of Galen College of Nursing, and to support the college's vision of transforming nursing education.
