Oversee and manage both the AT&T Wireless Generator and Tesla EV Charging Station Programs in 4 markets in the Northern and Western US managing Construction and Site Acquisition to complete the installation of permanent generators at AT&T cell sites and new EV charging stations for Tesla.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage assigned projects to completion, ensuring that all activities, including site acquisition, regulatory, A&E, construction, and permitting are coordinated and completed on time and within budget.• Develop accurate project plan and budget for all assigned projects in Site Tracker and PACE database, modify as needed and direct close out of completed jobs, including the receipt of all required documentation. • Lead internal deployment meetings with other managers and team members to review the status of each job and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely project completion. • Lead customer deployment meetings to provide customer with comprehensive job status reports and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.• Extensive coordination with the Integrations Services vendor, Operations, and Network Finance. Most projects required expedited implementation under the pressure of very tight deadlines.• Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for projects and appropriate closeout documents are distributed in a timely manner in accordance with corporate and customer standards. • Ensure that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy. • Train, motivate and develop a team of Project Managers, Site Acquisition Mangers, Construction Managers and Project Coordinators.

Oversaw the day to day operations for Google Fiber in San Antonio for the Restoration and Maintenance of the existing fiber network. Also managed and oversaw all the New Construction for Google Fiber. Responsibilities included keeping the projects completed as scheduled and under budget. Also communicated with customer on a daily basis to go over schedule and costs associated with each project. Managed all work for Charter RDOF projects in North and East Texas.

Wylie, Texas

Responsible for the planning, design and permitting fiber and 4G/5G Small Cell Nodes for several carriers in Texas. Utilizing both existing Utility Poles, Street Lights and Stand Alone Poles several cities in the DFW, Austin, San Antonio, Houston and McAllen metropolitan areas.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Worked on the AT&T Generator Project in the Western US managing the construction of permanent generators at AT&T cell sites.Supported the Samsung/Sprint New Vision Project by reviewing and completing Quality Assurance of Site Audits being completed for the 4G upgrade of Sprint's cell towers nationwide.

Responsible for the management of project teams across multiple jobs including LTE, UMTS, New Site Build, Maintenance and Fiber to the Cell for AT&T Mobility in North Texas (e.g., RF design, site acquisition, A&E services, land use planning, zoning and permitting, tower site construction, and tower erection). Ensure all projects are completed according to project timeline and in accordance with Goodman and AT&T Mobility policies and procedures. Responsible for the management and coordination of team members in obtaining and maintaining all documents related to construction of towers (e.g., lease, title, applicable permits, soil samples, regulatory approvals, or others as required). Ensure Site Development Manager and actual / prospective customers are aware of issues that will impact project completion or cost. NTX Team was awarded the Top Performing Turf Team in the company in 2009 doing almost $63M in gross revenue and was also awarded with 6 other awards as the best team in Goodman in 2009.

Responsible for managing several projects for Alcatel-Lucent, Cingular, Sprint/Nextel and private clients across the United States. Specific responsibilities and accountabilities include planning, staffing, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal support. Organize manpower for the project; direct and delegate to the project team and provide leadership and mentoring of staff. Maintain quality assurance in compliance with company’s ISO900 and TL9000 policy. Manage day-to-day operations and anticipate and circumvent critical project delays. Maintain fiscal control and manage the cash flow of the project through the use of Timberline software. Attend weekly status meetings with clients and internal Aeon personnel to review schedules and problems with each assigned project.

Worked directly with Cingular Wireless managing the expansion of GSM and UMTS technologies and the upgrade of the Cingular Wireless network with Ericsson BTS equipment for the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and Central Texas market consisting of over 2,000 sites. Responsibilities included developing cost effective solutions to maintain the client’s aggressive schedules for expanding and upgrading sites. Scheduled and managed several construction contractors installing equipment and maintaining sites. Held weekly construction meetings with all contractors to make sure that work is performed to meet client’s needs. Responsible for the training and performance for several Field Coordinators working in the market. Achieved the client's aggressive goals of integrating over 1,500 AT&T “Blue” and Cingular “Orange” sites into one “Gold” Network, also, completed the UMTS Phase III project consisting of 125 sites below budget and two weeks before scheduled date.

Worked with some of the company’s largest accounts, overseeing all engineering and construction projects. Responsible for the management of 13 Project Engineers in 16 markets throughout the United States to deliver customer ATM, IP, LAN/WAN, DSL, SONET and transmission services in a timely manner. These 13 Project Engineers were responsible for the timely delivery and implementation to provide the customer with fiber connectivity to established facilities. Facilitated planning, prioritization and timely execution of all major customer projects; established and communicated goals, roles and responsibilities of MFN personnel in order to meet customer’s commitments and business objectives; and provided a communication flow across all functional areas contributing to a given project to assure that all parties were performing as a cohesive team. Facilitated weekly conference calls with both MFN personnel and customer representatives to discuss schedule and any problems with projects.

Responsible for the coordination of high-level feasibility studies in support of MCI customers in addition to internal requests from various MCI organizations. Participated in the development of comprehensive proposals in response to customer requests including creating project cost estimates for outside plant, inside plant and right of way for engineering and construction of fiber optics and digital radio systems. Designed SONET Rings and transport routes for local access in the top 50 cities in the United States. Performed all field studies in each city as well as gather any information pertinent for both the Right of Way and Outside Plant Engineering departments. Obtained all information on engineering construction specifications and city moratoriums from each city. Coordinated with local MCI Operations and Sales Departments to ensure project is designed to meet with their needs. Developed and wrote project implementation definitions for all functional groups and estimated all outside plant construction and right-of-way costs for each project in each city studied.

Supported Engineering Department with all right-of-way and real estate duties. Also provided any assistance needed with the engineering of projects, responsibilities included: Inspected engineering plans from both governmental agencies and private real estate developers to determine the impact on AT&T's underground telecommuni¬cation facilities; coordinated with governmental agencies and developers to protect, adjust or relocate AT&T's existing underground facilities; prepared project cost estimates; assembled bid packages for maintenance projects; hired contractor to complete necessary work; managed projects; maintained and updated AT&T's computerized records and as-built drawings; drafted legal instruments for right-of-way and real estate purposes including condemnation proceedings while working directly with the AT&T Legal Department; appraised and acquired new private right-of-way; and obtained permits for any cable relocation work.
