I have most recently provided remote legal services and counsel on a variety of matters in an exclusive engagement for T-Mobile USA, Inc. including negotiation and drafting of service and ancillary agreements. I represented several very large creditor clients, including one of the largest banks in California, in a large number of bankruptcy cases filed across the nation involving aviation, hotel and automobile rental companies, including numerous federal appellate courts on a variety of issues.
