Built a Slack bot to automate release generation using a gitflow style workflow connecting Gitlab and Jira to unify different service deploy pipelines for easier management by Technical Product Managers.Led an optimization effort to improve Scheduler performance for large customers, allowing the organization to move further upmarket from under 1000 to 10,000+ customers on a single schedule.Designed and built a new Scheduling Rules engine bringing stakeholders from web and mobile platforms to collaborate on functionality and specification to allow for customers to adapt to ever-changing labor laws.

Lead project to write a companion mobile web site for Fisdap’s primary revenue-generating product. Served as primary developer on rewrite of Skills Tracker application using Zend Framework and Doctrine ORM which replaced the disorganized, homebrew framework from the legacy app. Designed and implemented conversion tool to migrate users’ data from skills tracker 1.0 to 2.0 in order to maintain backwards compatibility for reporting.Created feature to allow customers to create a custom calendar view, and schedule that calendar to be emailed to a group of people on a recurring basis.
