- Create promotional text for online ads, banners, brochures and social networks- Participate in email marketing campaigns- Update existing content on the web pages- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging and audience identification- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) - Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community- Create editorial calendars and schedules

- Research industry-related topics- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise the company offers- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

- Providing marketing support to the sales team.- Creating marketing materials such as white papers, blog articles, and presentations.- Creating content for the website(s), social media pages, online libraries and marketing department databases- Helping to develop the new project named usi365.ro with creative ideas, the main website structure, product descriptions.

- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations and marketing presentations and brochures- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market

First, I started here with a summer internship that ended with a job offer for the marketing department.My responsabilities were:- Market research to discover new niches for developing the company area of events- Market research studies for new clients, onsumers studies- Reports based on the information obtained from the applied questionnaires or obtained from other sources, interpreted . Also, making some recommendations with the processed data to persons with decision-making powers; - Draw up reports of the end of each event for each partner of the event- Participating in monitoring, evaluation and reporting various information in the ongoing campaigns -Taking care of the communication between the departments of marketing and sales-Taking care of the communication with partners of the event
