I started my career in technology as AV and technology installer in the retail sector. I then made the leap into the exciting and ever-changing commercial Audio Video industry. Through my 13+ year tenure in AV, I have experienced every facet of our industry. I have performed as a Technician, Field Engineer, Sales Consultant, Project Manager, and Design Engineer. I use that experience as an Audiovisual Consultant at Connect NZ, specializing in MS Teams and Zoom Rooms, training spaces and corporate environments with smart building integration.My passion is working with end users and business leaders to help determine the most effective technology systems for their unique workflow. Our goal as system designers is to help people deliver their messages as efficiently as possible. In addition to large corporate and learning environments, I have designed and managed commercial technology projects ranging from lecture theaters, hospitality, houses of worship, among others.I hold my Microsoft Teams Technical Specialist, Zoom ZTE Technical Specialist and assosiated industry certifications, as well as micro certifications and training from AVIXA, Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, among others.
