I am a passionate and highly skilled organizational health psychologist. I have more than two decades of experience in coaching employees and advising organizations on work well-being and performance. My deep frustration in our failure to stem the burnout pandemic and the resulting disillusionment and mental strain was the driver to pursue a PhD in eudaimonic well-being in my late 40's. I strongly believe that that work is a source of meaning, growth and purpose which underlies our psychological well-being. I strive to help individuals and organizations in realizing the conditions in which work becomes a way to connect, to contribute and to build competence. In my coaching I draw heavily on my roots as a counseling psychologist and positive psychology to help individuals spot their strengths and skills, exploring their past to create their futures. Known for my warmth and authenticity, I am also critical and believe in striving for what we need. When designing work interventions and organizational advice I draw on my top 5 strengths: Input, Ideation, Learner, Individualisation and Strategic thinking. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions and instead look for opportunities to collaborate and design solutions to real-time challenges for individuals and organizations. In this respect I draw on my love of research and the latest scientific findings, combined with my extensive work experience and network, to inspire, encourage, move, and connect people despite the adversity or challenges they may face. My personal life also reflects these values in my love of cooking, singing and reading. I am no stranger to challenge, having moved countries, learnt a new language, redesigned my professional identity, and raised two children, but I love what I do and would probably do it for free!
