Responsible for the day-to-day functionality of the client’s Space Management CAFM tool, including data integrity of CAD floor plans, occupant data, and reporting for regional portfolio of ~4M sq ft. Provide vital linkage between space management platform and industry best practices. Provide administrative support to Change Management, Occupancy Planning, and Project Management teams. Contribute to data governance process. Proactively monitor the execution of the client space allocation model.
