Within the Masters program, I learned about the analysis and development of processes, systems and services to support instruction and training.During my time there, I worked with the pharmaceutical company, Eli Lilly to help develop an "on boarding" program; to quickly bring new employees up to the required level of competency and general knowledge within weeks rather than months or years.I also had the pleasure of working on an analysis project at Brown-Forman Corporation. Our team's goal was to analyze an existing training program and determine areas of weakness and give recommendations for improvement.One of the personal benefits from this degree has resulted in my ability to effectively manage projects within my current job as the Director of Classroom Technologies and Media Services.
